Quote 'Spoons'

"There are two churches in Lamington, this is the one to the North of the main road. I believe that it is no longer used for worship as there are no nameboards, noticeboards or anything else at the building to show that it is now used as a church."

The village memorial which is set into the North outside wall of the church in a sealed off doorway can be seen in the background of the second photo.
