I have emailed Bizhat support today about the problem with the forums going offline at various points over the last couple of days. Once I have a response I will let you all know.

I have also made enquiries about obtaining a backup of the data on the forums, and will discuss the options with the admin and mods once I have that information.

Discussions have been ongoing with the admin and moderators about the way forward for the projects, and this is something we are giving serious thought to.

The problems with the forum going offline are out of our hands, but we are looking into what ramifications this has for the long-term future of the projects.

Having done some digging on the support forums, it seems that the technicians were replacing a faulty hard drive. After replacing the drive, they had to reinstall the software.

That explains the downtime over the last couple of days.
