There are no listings for a Sapper E. McKeag on either CWGC or SNWM (that I can find) and I think the above stone is the E. McCaig on record.

Note that the stone says he died of wounds at Nieuport yet if this is the same man, he is listed as having died 'at home'.

Having the same (pronouned) name, rank, regiment, father's name and date of death seem to be too much of a co-incidence to be another individual.

Of course, I stand to be corrected!
