John Taylor Copley was born at Keir Studhouse in the Parish of Dunblane on 21st March 1896 to Richard Copley, Gardener and Wilhelmina Andrew Copley (nee Taylor).

Keir Studhouse was probably part of the Keir Estate (Post Code FK15 9NU)
