This next is also extremely difficult to read, so here is what I can decipher from the hi-res originals

"John Vivers ???? Captain 1/5 R S F son of William Vivers Millburn (?) who was killed in action at the Dardanelles 27th Oct 1915 aged 25 "

Quite proud of this one as the stone is almost unreadable and the surname is Smith, but I found him!

This stone commemorates two brothers who both died of wounds received on the 'inglorious' 12th July 1915. Although the stone does not actually mention it, Thomas is buried here so it is a private stone on a CWGC grave.

William BURT was the son of William BURT, M.A. (1883-1949), Head of English at Linlithgow Academy and Caroline Janet RICHARDSON.
He was born in Linlithgow on 29 April 1921.
Educated: Daniel Stewarts College, Edinburgh; University of Edinburgh, Law Faculty.
Died: 1 January 1943 in a night training flight from R.A.F. Wigtown. In a blizzard Anson AX145 crashed on Frozen Fell, Skiddaw, Uldale Fells, Lake District, Cumbria. It took 29 days to discover the wreck, originally thought to be "lost at sea".
The crew comprised:
P/O William THOMPSON, RCAF, age 21, Buried Causewayhead Cemetry, Silloth, Cumbria.
Air Gunner P/O Bruce BOWN, RAAF, age 30. Buried Causewayhead Cemetry, Silloth, Cumbria.
Wireless Operator Sgt George SINGLETON, RAFVR, age 21. Buried Hampton Hill, Middlesex.
Navigator Sgt Edwin KNIGHT, RAAF. Buried Causewayhead Cemetry, Silloth, Cumbria.
Navigator P/O William BURT, RAFVR, age 21. Buried at Annan.
