This is classed as a non war grave looked after by CWGC, i.e. not listed on CWGC's online database.
T E Perks died 16th January 1943.
I cannot now remember where I came across the information but I believe that Mr Perks was an engineer employed by the RAF and he died in a plane crash in connection with his work. His pilot (A E Usher) is fortuitously buried in the adjacent plot (see second photo below).
I think this is an example of where the CWGC's rules for inclusion do not do the man justice. He actually died in an RAF aircraft, but as it was a result of a training accident rather than as a result of enemy action, it doesn't count as a war grave. Doesn't hardly seem right.
This is the last of the CWGC listed graves in this cemetery, from here on they are all military inscriptions on private burials.

Sgt John Black 1/5th KOSB died 19th Jany 1920 aged 27 years
I cannot find any trace of John on CWGC or on SNWM - this is possibly a non-commemoration (I am assuming he is actually buried here). Will keep looking.
Both brothers are listed on the Morton (Thornhill) memorial.

John was born in the year of 1893 his parents were Adam Black and Mary McKinnel and their second son William killed in 1916.
John was a Pre-war territorial, emlisted 1910, served at Gallipoli, landed 6/6/1915 with orginial contigent. He was invalided home sick, discharged no longer fit for Military service in Nov 1915 - with Phthistis (TB), he must have be quite seriously ill to have been discharged so quickly. On his death certificate death as above. As John only in war service short time & discharged he is not recorded on either Commonwealth War Graves or Scottish National War Memorial. All this information given to me from Dr Stuart Wilson from - sonsofgalloway.org.uk for my 'Morton War Memorial Book'

This one had me confused for a while until I realised that the Jessie Dobbie named on the grave was Robert's first wife.
He re-married in 1915 to the Margaret McLaurin McGowan named by CWGC. His death was registered in Bristol and SNWM shows him as Royal Engineers - Inland Waterways & Docks.
