This really deserves a special mention but I have been unable to uncover the circumstances.

This is a private stone on an unknown grave, but it is NOT listed on CWGC!

'Here lies a soldier wounded in the Great War 1914 - 1918
they also serve who only stand and wait'

Late 4th Regiment MNI
died 3rd September 1885
aged 59 years

MNI is an Indian Army Regiment but I know no more than that
