The cemetery is beyond the entrance gates on the west side of the main street of Whithorn (George St. the A746) near the War Memorial.

An unknown sailor.
There is a report in the Galloway Advertiser of Thursday 28 November 1918 of an unidentified body being found on the previous Friday and buried on the Sunday at Whithorn. Given the time frame for when bodies came ashore from the sinking of the RMS Leinster, this may be another victim.

JOHN NORMAN BROWN, 2nd. Lieutenant, 8th Battalion, Border Regiment, formerly a Private in the Highland Light Infantry.
His medal card shows that he was drowned at sea 9 December 1917.
The Galloway Gazette of 5 January 1918 reports his death and that he was severely wounded at Vimy Ridge in May 1916. He was discharged unfit for active service some 15 months later.
He was enroute to a job in Burma when his ship was torpedoed off Penzance.

HERBERT WILSON WINCHESTER, Lieutenant, Royal Scots - his award of the Military Cross was announced in the London Gazette 26/03/1918.

WILLIAM FENION. W/O RAF - Killed in an accident 11th May 1950. Aged 29.
Interred at Fayid Cemetery, Egypt.
This stone is difficult to read but I'm reasonably sure of the date of 1950.
William Smith Fenion was born 1921 at New Luce Wigtonshire.
There is no CWGC listing of course but this is from the Armed Forces Memorial Roll of Hounour:

Some additional info from Mike Morely:
I happened upon this item in the 27 July 1950 Galloway Gazette that provided a bit more background to his death, and included a picture of him. It stated that W/O William Smith Fenion had been killed when the Lincoln Bomber in which he was flying on duty collided in mid-air over Deversoir, Egypt, with a Vampire jet on May 11th. W/O Fennion, along with ten other victimes of the crash, was buried at the Military Cemetery, Fayid, on May 13th. W/O Fenion had enlisted during the war for a 10-year stint and had rejoined for a further two.
