Archibald Lucas a soldier in the 42nd Highlanders he died in India 21st September 1896 aged 29 years

Vincent Marchi radio officer of SS Arinia drowned at sea 19th Dec 1940 aged 40 years

The ship was MV Arinia and sunk by a mine in the Thames Estuary on 19th Dec 1940 http://www.wrecksite.eu/wreck.aspx?31457.

Vincent is commemorated on the Tower Hill Memorial.

His father Charles (Carlos) Marchi died in Motherwell in 1902 and was married to Lillian Elizabeth Ann Lennon.
Lillian's brother, Maitland Hyslop Lennon "killed in war 1918" was born in Dumfries in 1882 and, it seems, survived to die in 1965 aged 83 in Amounderness (south of Preston, Lancashire)
These are the only two references to a Maitland H Lennon in the UK BM&D records.
