This cemetery is on the northern edge of the village on the A723 Strathaven road. It is at map reference NS 696278 and holds six war graves, four from the First and two from the Second World War

There are also several inscriptions on family stones

The stone is overgrown but makes no mention of LAC Hamilton's military service. The headstone was deemed by East Ayrshire Council to be unsteady. It has been staked and tied hence the black band
