The CEF Study Group was required to relocate to a new internet server as our original server was being taken out of service on short notice.
The discussion forum was down for about 12 hours during the change-over.
As a result, our internet address (URL) has changed as of 9 July 2012. Please make note of the new address and amend your "bookmarks" accordingly. In addition, please advise interested parties of the URL address change:
