Being fairly new to this project I'm not sure if you guys already know this but here goes; in my library in Dalbeattie I've just discovered a series of 5 volumes of transcriptions of grave stone inscriptions from cemeteries across Kirkcudbrightshire. It is not them all but it does seem to be most.
It was put together in the 60's as some kind of work project and it is limited to the primary incription being before 1919.
The nice thing is that as well as grave numbers it includes a map giving a fairly accurate location of the grave!
It helped me locate someone I was looking for at Colvend (I'd walked past it several times!) and there are a couple of entries for Southwick which I'll post on that thread.
