Age: 18 Date of Death: 08/01/1918 Service No: 23763 Additional information: Son of John and Jeanie Hay, of "Mayfield," Duddingston. Born at Duddingston. Casualty Type: Commonwealth War Dead Grave/Memorial Reference: North of West end of Church. Cemetery: DUDDINGSTON PARISH CHURCHYARD Private Hay's grave is opposite the entrance to the church and the Church War memorial with his name on it. Royal Scots Fusiliers - South African War Royal Dublin Fusliers - Great War Intelligence Corps from 1939. Died 5th December 1941 Major Duff-Taylor is not commemorated on the CWGC database.
