Hi twocats
Don't see anything on scotlandspeople - but there is a matching entry on
http://www.freebmd.org.uk/

James Wright, age 30, September Quarter (July,Aug,Sept) 1944.
The death was registered at Wirral, Cheshire. (vol.8a page 483)
and I think there were a number of airfields on the Wirral.

Many thanks Ken for information, I knew he didn't die in Scotland or it would have been on Scotlandspeople like you said, also his body was brought back home so I thought England was the place he died but just didn't know where to look. More info for the family tree, thanks for quick reply, cheers
