I have not visited this cemetery myself, but was forwarded some low-quality images of war graves by a local historian, Menno Wielinga, to whom I'm much endebted for this information. He has assisted me in the compilation of the website for HMS Timbertown, the internment camp for British sailors at Groningen during the Great War.

Son of Murdo Smith; husband of Johanna Smith, of 6, Lower Bayble, Stornoway. Born at Garrabost, Stornoway.
Service unit: Collingwood Battallion, Royal Naval Division
Service number: CH/2742/A
Date of death: 18 October 1917 at the age of 39
Died in hospital at Groningen
Interred: Groningen Southern Cemetery North-West part, Class 4, Row 37.
Local memorial: Point (Garrabost); also mentioned at 44 Lower Garrabost.
Was interned in Holland

Son of John and Annie MacLeay. Born at Shader Barvas, Lewis.
Service unit: Royal Naval Division, Collingwood Battallion
Service number: CH/2588/B
Date of death: 26 August 1915 at the age of 31
Died in Groningen during internment in Holland
Interred: Groningen Southern cemetery, Holland North-West part, Class 4, row 37
Local memorial: North Lewis, Borve

Son of Donald and Mary Macleod, of 4A, Garenin, Carloway, Stornoway.
Service unit: Royal Naval Division, Benbow Bttn.
Service number: PO/3409/A
Date of death: 1 March 1916 at the age of 24
Died in internment camp at Groningen, Holland
Interred: Groningen Southern Cemetery Northwest part, Class 4, Row 37
Mentioned on family gravestone in Dalmore Cemetery, Lewis
Local memorial: Carloway
