Garry

Did Barry Campbell Hay or any of the people you listed in your post die on active service or during a war? There's no indication that they did in your post.

Thanks

Adam

Barry Campbell Hay is listed in Liberton cemetery, Edinburgh. I don't think we have a photo yet.

From Commonwealth War Graves site:

BARRY CAMPBELL HAY - Aircraftsman 2nd Class (Air Gnr. U/T) Age 19
Service No. 1823249 Royal Air Force Reserve Died 6 January 1945 and buried in Edinburgh (Liberton) Cemetery.
Son of William and Rebecca Hay of Edinburgh.

FromScottish National War Memorial site:
Born Edinburgh

I can't seem to find his birth (1925/6) on scotlandspeople nor his death either there or on FreeBMD - Could be his first given name was different?

We do not allow reproduction of official documents on this site. They are crown copyright and cannot be reproduced.

Can I suggest visiting ScotlandsPeople? It's a fairly easy to use site, and you'll hopefully be able to find a lot of the information you are looking for.
