In Westburn Cemetery in Cambuslang, there is (what looks like) a CWGC stone to Pte. J. McGregor, S/22120, Gordon Highlanders, however, his date of death is 8th April 1922.
He is not on the CWGC database.
The stone doesn't have clipped corners, so no noticable discerning difference from the standard type.
Also, on the main Cemetery Details page, stated is that there are 61 identified casualties, yet when looking at any of the alphabetical pages, it states 59 known casulaties.

As you suggest it is outwith the 1921 cut off date and so is not a CWGC war stone. CWGC stones were sometimes copied and this may be one.
The discrepancy in numbers is due to the way they are listed on the cemetery record. The other two will be non world war graves which CWGC care for, but are not listed. _________________ Jim
