and his son, VINCENT PETER ROURKE, Rifleman (3251006) 9th Bn. Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) Date of Death: 08/07/1941

Father and son from two wars in the same grave might be, but unlikely given the numbers involved in WW1, but this sort of burial is not unique. There are many examples in the UK, usually brothers of double comemoration at the same grave.
There are even married couples buried / commemorated by CWGC in war graves like this.

As Jim said, there are a lot of such examples. In fact the one given has only one of them actually buried.

You will find two pairs similar on the first page of http://scottishwargraves.phpbbweb.com/viewtopic.php?t=707

However this example in Girvan http://scottishwargraves.phpbbweb.com/viewtopic.php?t=808 has a father and son, both actually buried in the grave, with a CWGC gravestone.

Looking at my first posting, I didn't make it clear that I was referring to a Father and Son buried together (like Paul's example of the Hendersons at Girvan) and not to examples where a parent or sibling is buried elsewhere.
So the Rourkes are unique-ish.
