Lieutnant Colonel JOHN CAMERON MacPHERSON
Served 25 years in the 42nd Royal Highlanders, Black Watch
Was engaged at the Battle of the Alma and in the trenches at Sevastopol
For which he received the Crimean and Turkish Medals
Died at Stirling the 23rd day of April 1873 aged 53 years
4th son of the late Cluny MacPherson, Chief of Clan Chatton

Died 11th April 1925 aged 77
Husband of Mary Jeffray





Group Captain J. D. S. DENHOLM died 17th February 1963, son of above.

Served in the 93rd Sutherland Highlanders
From 5th March 1860 to 30th June 1881
And from that date, in the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders
Until his death on 20th October 1886
This monument is erected by his brother officers.
