To the memory of Phineas MacKintosh 2nd son of Captain Alexander MacKintosh, great grandson of William MacKintosh of Borlum and of Janet MacLean of Dochgarroch, Surgeon in the Army, died at Demerara 4th Dec 1805 aged 21. Mary their eldest child born 7th Oct 1780 died in a few days. Charles MacKintosh their eldest son, Planter drowned in the River Essequibo 21st April 1814 aged 32. Janet MacKintosh their 3rd Daughter died at Inverness 16th Feb 1814 aged 27. William MacKintosh their 3rd son, Captain in the East India Companys Service died at Bangalore 5th Dec 1826 aged 35. Barbara MacKintosh their 5th daughter died at Forres 12th Feb 1852 aged 63. Eneas MacKintosh their youngest son, Lieutenant, Royal Navy, afterwards Merchant, Calcutta, representative of the family of Borlum died at his house, Towerside Cottage, Forres 20th Aug 1857.

To the memory of Brigadier William MacKintosh of Borlum, son of William, son of Lachlan, son of William son of Lachlan Mhoir MacKintosh, 16th Captain of Clan Chattan, throughout a long life and unto death the constant adherant of The Royal House of Stuart. Duncan MacKintosh his younger brother, Captain in The MacKintosh Regiment in the Rising in 1715, third son of William MacKintosh of Borlum. William MacKintosh only son of Duncan MacKintosh and Janet MacLean of Dochgarroch. Captain Alexander MacKintosh their only son and Janet MacLean his spouse, eldest daughter of Charles MacLean of Dochgarroch. Also to the memory of Mary MacKintosh second daughter of Captain Alexander MacKintosh, Dochgarroch and of Janet MacLean who died at Inverness on the 15th day of Feb 1858 aged 77.

In loving memory of William Fowler Fraser born 1st Oct 1842 died at Liverpool on his return from India May 9th 1880. Also of Thomas MacRae eldest son of above killed in action at Mafeking 27th Oct 1899 aged 30.
