I take it that this is your man?

Name: BROWN, ROBERT
Initials: R
Nationality: United Kingdom
Rank: Lieutenant
Regiment/Service: Highland Light Infantry
Unit Text: 1st/7th Bn.
Age: 26
Date of Death: 06/02/1919
Additional information: Son of Robert and Cecilia Brown, of North Lodge, Stapleton Tower, Arman, Dumfriesshire; husband of Margaret V. Whiteside Brown, of 120, Renfrew St., Glasgow. Born at Glasgow.
Casualty Type: Commonwealth War Dead
Grave/Memorial Reference: L. 2250.
Cemetery: CATHCART CEMETERY

What kind of lookup were you after? Medal Index Card, search for service records or something else?

\Paul

Here are some photographs Jamie.
I have photographed all of Cathcart and hope to post everything onto the Cathcart entry soon. Unfortunately my computer and server are playing up and too slow for the task at the moment but hopefully I'll sort things out soon.
