Erected by James Burgess, Saddler, Inverness to the memory of his father Alexander Burgess, Staff Sergeant, Inverness-Shire Militia who died on the 5th June 1844 aged 68 years and his mother Jane Leall who died on the 1st June 1865 aged 93 years.

Erected to the memory of Colin Cameron who died 2nd Aug 1862 aged 55 years. And his wife Mary Cameron who died 1849 aged 33. Their son Donald, Piper, Seaforths who died Jan 1863 aged 37 years and hid wife Margaret McKenzie who died 4th May 1877. Also Alexander, 3rd son of the above named Donald Cameron who died 5th Nov 1923 in his 76th year.

Sacred to the memory of Harold Chisholm, late of the 93rd Highlanders who died 19th Sep 1850 aged 63 years and his wife Janet Cameron who died 4th March 1858 aged 56 years. This stone is placed here by their eldest son Alexander and daughter Catherine.

In memory of Major William Donaldson, sometime of The Scots Guards and for many years Captain and Adjutant and afterwards Major of the 2nd Battalion Queens Own Cameron Highlanders. Also an Elder of the Established Church in this Parish. Born 28th Dec 1818 died 23rd Sep 1887. He knew his duty and loved to discharge it with fidelity and zeal. Erected by his brother officers and friends. And of his wife Sarah Critchfield who died 23rd April 1894 aged 59 years. Also their children William James who died 3rd Feb 1861 aged 7 years, Margaret Fraser who died 7th April 1871 aged 7 years.

Erected by Robert Gordon, Qr. Mr. Sergt. Invss. Militia. He died 17th Aug 1897 aged 85 years and his wife Margaret Duffus who died Dec 1902. Also of their children Robert who died 9th Oct 1848 aged 1 month. Robert who died Aug 1855.

In memory of Sergeant John Hay, Invss. Militia who died 16th Oct 1847 aged 63 and his daughter Jane Turnbull who died 30th Nov 1834 aged 17 years. Also his wife Janet MacKenzie died 2nd Feb 1884 aged 83 years.

In memory of Col. Serg. Samuel MacDonald, late of the 75th Highlanders with whom he served in different parts of the world for 21 years and died at Inverness 15th Dec 1888 aged 48 years. This tribute is erected by the 4th Inverness-Shire Clachnacudden Rifle Volunteers to their faithful Drill Instructor. Also in memory of his beloved wife Christina MacKay who died 16th Jan 1887 aged 64 years.

In loving remembrance of Donald McRae, Railway Pointsman, Inverness who died 29th Nov 1891 aged 67 years. Also of his wife Mary MacKenzie who died 25th Feb 1895 aged 67 years. And his daughter Catherine who died 1864 aged 17 months. Also their son David 2nd Royal Garr. Regiment and formerly of 1st Cameron Highs. Who died 2nd Feb 1904 and was interred here with full military honours aged 40. Also his grand daughter Flora died 16th Jan 1893 aged 1 year and 10 months.

In memory of John Ritchie who died 27th Jan 1853 and his wife Janet Fraser daughter of Donald Fraser, Lieut 1st Regt of Canadians she died 12th April 1866. Also of their sons Thomas who died 11th May 1880, John who died 20th March 1881, William late of the 42nd Regt died 23rd June 1893. Their daughter Elizabeth wife of R Fraser died 13th May 1903. Jessie Ritchie daughter of the above who died 24th June 1910. Erected by their daughter Jessie.

In loving memory of James Taylor. Late Quartermaster Sergeant who died 27th April 1891. Also his wife Mary Robertson who did 6th June 1902. And of their children Margaret who died 10th Oct 1867 aged 8 years, Elizabeth who died 19th Nov 1869 aged 6 years and 6 months. Also of his mother Margaret Marshall born 2nd Feb 1782 died 24th June 1861.
