Family stone including reference to Findla More, who fell in action at the Battle of Pinkey (also spelt Pinky or Pinkie) in 1547. He was standard bearer to the Earl of Angus, leader of the Scottish army, in this encounter with the English army which, although itself a disaster, bought enough time to secure continued independence
