In loving memory of my dear husband Alexander Finlay died at Balblair, Nairn 11th Nov 1925 aged 72 years. Also our sons Robert (with effects of the war) died 23rd Aug 1919 aged 29 years. Interred in Moffat Cemetery. William died at Milton, Gollanfield 29th Dec 1902 aged 25 years. And our daughter Maggie Anne died 6th Nov 1895 aged 10 years. Interred in Contin Churchyard. Also of Anne Fraser beloved wife of the above Alexander Findlay who died at Lower Balblair, Nairn 10th Oct 1932 aged 80 years.Also their sons Alick died in Canada March 1952 aged 75 years and John died in Nairn 23rd Feb 1958 aged 79 years.

Also of his eldest son Alexander Miles Mayne, CE, Caledonian Railway, Perth died at Edinburgh 3rd Nov 1905 aged 39 years. And of his daughter Christina Allison Mayne who died at Edinburgh 8th July 1938 aged 62 years. For 9 years a Medical Missionary of the Church in India therafter in practice in Gorgie, Edinburgh.
