The village of Twynholm is north of Kirkcudbright, just off the main route between Dumfries and Stranraer (A75)
The Churchyard is on the southern edge of the village. OS ref 664 542
CWGs - none.

Agnes Smith and Nicholas Boyle
who were lost in the sinking of the Lusitania on the 7th May 1915.

Miss Agnes Smith, aged 24, a maid to Mrs. Bernard Mayer of Glencoe, Illinois, was travelling back home to Scotland with three other young women, including Miss Nicholas Boyle, aged 24.
