This churchyard is in the village of Kirkton of Durris on the B974/B9077 South Deeside Road between Banchory and Aberdeen
There is one CWGC burial here and several family headstones

Almost missed this one. Just caught the words Canadian and France through the ivy (replaced carefully after photo)

Then found he was on a second family stone

Can't find this man with any degree of certainty. Any ideas people?
Found him on 1881 census, aged 5 and living with his parents and six brothers and sisters (plus two servants) at North Cookney, but no luck with his death return. _________________ La a' Blair 's Math na Cairdean
