There are two possibilities

Panel Reference: Panel 10 to 13.
Memorial: LOOS MEMORIAL
Additional Information: Place of birth, Govan, Glasgow (SNWM).

COULTER, J
Rank: Private
Service No: S/3192
D of Death: 18/05/1915
Age: 18
Regiment/Service: Black Watch (Royal Highlanders), 2nd Bn.
Panel Reference: Panels 24 to 26.
Memorial: LE TOURET MEMORIAL
Additional Information: Brother of John Coulter, of 12, Queen St., Govan, Glasgow.

The lad commemorated here is Reg number 13328 Royal Scots.

My Notes give :- Apprentice Brass finisher with Shanks Sanitary works, He resided with Mrs Patrick McCartney at 9 George street Barrhead, Joined up 23rd Aug 1914 formally employed with Messer's Saunders and Conner's Barrhead. The Barrhead News reported:- Killed in Action 27th Sept 1915, Previously reported missing Pte James Coulter Royal Scots, Formally of 9 George street Barrhead, "RIP" inserted by his Grand mother Mrs McCarthy 9 George Street. Can some one please add this to the Neilston cem page? Many thanks Matt .

I will have this added in due course - the Renfrewshire cemeteries posts are now locked for a reason I will reveal fairly soon - watch this space!
