Can anyone provide further information on this man? Name: MILLIGAN, JOHN DESMOND Initials: J D Nationality: United Kingdom Rank: Surgeon Lieutenant Regiment/Service: Royal Navy Unit Text: H.M.S. "Blake." Age: 27 Date of Death: 07/01/1920 Additional information: Chevalier of the Legion of Honour; Croix de Guerre with Palms (France). M.B. Son of John and Mary Milligan, of 9, Cumberland St., South Side, Glasgow. Born at Scotstoun, Renfrew. Casualty Type: Commonwealth War Dead Grave/Memorial Reference: I. 1148.
