The following man is listed on Soldiers Died in the Great War as James Todd, birthplace Stonehouse Lanarkshire. Itis therefore likely that this is the correct entry from CWGC:
Name: TODD
Initials: J
Nationality: United Kingdom
Rank: Serjeant
Regiment/Service: Worcestershire Regiment
Unit Text: 1st Bn.
Date of Death: 06/12/1915
Service No: 15040
Casualty Type: Commonwealth War Dead
Grave/Memorial Reference: I. E. 17.
Cemetery: BAILLEUL COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION (NORD)
SDGW notes he enlisted in Worcester and was residing in Kidderminster.

As you can see, this grave is very badly obscured by a hedge.
It has also proven impossible to trace these two names. The fact they are sons in law of the Wardrop family makes it difficult to determine their surname. I know it is not Wardrop as there are no matches for that surname in 1917.
An updated photo, May 2011 kindly supplied by John Kennedy.
No further forward in identifying the 2 'sons-in-law'.
If they were the sons of Margaret & David Gibb (Margaret possibly nee Wardrop) and the surname was Gibb, perhaps the following could be Hugh, although no sign of a John Gibb. (All supposition of course!!)
Surname GIBB
Firstname Hugh
Service Number S/16902

Decoration
Place of birth Dalserf Lanarkshire
Other 7th Bn.
